Career Accelerator Track

Professional skills training built for the real world.

The Career Accelerator Track runs on Decagon's own learning platform. Every student completes the Core Track, then chooses one elective track to specialise in. Training is delivered through platform learning, monthly masterclasses, and one-on-one feedback sessions.

How training is delivered

Three delivery formats

0101

Platform learning

All core and elective content is available on Decagon's own learning platform. Students work through modules at their own pace, with structured deadlines and progress tracking.

0202

Monthly masterclass

Once a month, students attend a live masterclass led by a practitioner from their track. Masterclasses cover current industry topics and give students direct access to working professionals.

0303

One-on-one feedback sessions

Students receive regular one-on-one feedback on their work from a track mentor. Sessions focus on practical output: projects, assignments, and career preparation tasks.
